So after a flurry of phone calls, I have a lead on another house in Auburn... this one is an older house (no problem for us as long as it's in good shape), is in a good location, and (here's the best part) cheaper than our original budget!!! Wow! I was about to mail off the deposit on the other house too! So, back in the car I go tomorrow, but this time I'm dragging Dad along with me. I have a good feeling about this one! And the money issue is huge!
